DISCLAIMER: All pictures below were found on the web, and are not of my car. If they were of my car, they wouldn't be in the Coming Soon section...kinda makes sense, huh? I hope I am not ticking anyone off by using their car or products as an example. If so, just e-mail me and let me know, I will gladly take it off. |

| LOOK AT THAT BODY | |||||||||||||
| That is right, upgrading by necessity. I am in the process of installing a truly beautiful JDM Bommer Style Body Kit from X-Speeding, which can be seen here and here. | |||||||||||||
| CARBON FIBER: THE ONLY WAY TO GO | |||||||||||||
| Due to the wreck, I was also required to get a new hood, so I opted for a new carbon fiber hood over another heavy metal hood. While I wanted some intake scoops in it, I settled for an OEM style hood from G3 Auto Sports. I don't need some fancy hood anyway, the car looks fresh enough as it is. After a while, I might get the VIS Evo-Style carbon fiber hood...might not, though. There is no telling when it comes to me and my car mods. | |||||||||||||
| "SHAVEN, NOT STOCK" | |||||||||||||
| Upon completion of all repairs in Project: Rebirth, the 3/S will receive a full shave job. This includes front air dam, corner lights, antenna, and stock spoiler. There is a chance I will also shave the door handles. Either totally shave them, or they will be converted to older chrome Mazda Miata handles. | |||||||||||||
| SLOT CAR RACING | |||||||||||||
| That is right, Slot Cars! Who remembers those tracks made by Tyco that had the tiny cars with the two copper pads and guide pin under front tires? I do! I also remember the TV Series Viper. How are these related? Well, when they made the slot-track for this series, can you guess what the Viper raced against? YES, a Stealth RT/TT! So what, a 3/S Slot Car...what's the big deal? Well, I am going to take the time to mod this miniature to match my 3/S...and you saw it here FIRST!!! | |||||||||||||
| SITTING IN STYLE | |||||||||||||
| Another addition to Project: Rebirth will be the removal of the stock seats. I am replacing them with aftermarket racing seats. The seats shown are black and blue, but due to my interior color-scheme, I will be redoing the seats in black and silver. They will be accompanied by black 4-point harnesses. | |||||||||||||
| STOPPING ON A DIME | |||||||||||||
| A great piece to add to Project: Rebirth is the addition of slotted and drilled rotors. This will also accompany either the purchase of aftermarket calipers, or painting the stock ones blue. No matter what I end up doing, it will enhance the physical appearance of the car, as well as the stopping power. |
